Language Arts

I can complete All About Pre Reading: Avery finished the first second of uppercase letters (we skipped lower case) and has completed 11/28 lessons of letter sounds

I can complete Kick Start to Kindergarten: Avery finished the book!!

Social Studies

I can complete worksheets and listen: Avery does story of the world with us each week. we played a fun game pretending to be gold and salt traders this week.

Math

I can add numbers in base 10: Avery has completed the Usborne Wipe Clean First Math book, twice! He has a good understanding of basic addition and subtraction

I can fill 20 pages of math journal: he has been doing the Usborne book, Kumon, and another books worksheets as our math "journal" pages and has done more than twenty.

Art

I can use a sewing machine: Avery made a stuffed robot last month!

PE

I can get 20 minutes of physical activity a day: we have been going on walks in our woods, doing cosmic kids yoga, and playing indoor games on rainy days to get exercise! Here is a picture from our gold and salt trading game which involved a lot of running back and forth!

Science

I can complete 30 pages of journaling on nature science: we have been working through a biome study, here is Avery's drawing of deciduous and evergreen trees.
