Week 26 March 14-18: End of Human Body Unit and Spring Break

This week concluded our human body unit study! Mr. Skelly has a large and small intestine, stomach, kidneys, lungs, spleen, liver, and esophagus! We enjoyed our paper human body projects from the book, and finished it off by learning about the skeleton. Next we plan to start a unit study on outer space!

Our chickens are doing well! Avery enjoys joining me for feeding and egg collection. We have 150 ish hens this year, which are laying about 40 dozen eggs a week!

We had  a super fun sleep over with a friend this week! Lots of board games and playing!
Meowz says HI!
We got to watch our first play in two years! The boys were underwhelmed, ha ha, but we had a good time.
Over spring break we went to a dragon themed playground and made fun paper dragons from this book. Emmet has it on hold at the library to get soon because there were so many fun ideas.
School on the couch! We didn't realize it was Spring Break, so we did reading, history, writing and math before realizing!
Epic blanket fort for sleep over!
We did two chapters in Story of the World over the last two weeks. We went to the dragon park and also Hoyt Arboretum.

Hope your break was fun!
